At CSG we believe in sharing the sporting experience we have with our clients to improve their ability in their chosen sport.

 

At present we have qualified coaches of both badminton and basketball within the group, all of who have had international playing experience and have worked with individuals and groups of players developing skills and improving performance.

Coaching

CSG offers a fully comprehensive Personal Training package tailored completely to you as an individual. Member of Register of Exercise Professionals.

From the client appraisal to the training sessions you will be sure you are getting a committed and professional service whether your aim is to loose some of that extra weight, get fit for medical reasons or win an Olympic gold.
